Looking for Technical Support Associate
Job Location: Mumbai
Roles and Responsibilities
  1. Learn quickly and possess in-depth knowledge of the functionality of our SaaS software product (
  2. Provide Technical Support to the clients over phone by using remote desktop tools.
  3. Configure and maintain the MikroTik routers at the client locations remotely.
  4. Solve the queries from clients about our software product through email or over the phone.
  5. Help clients resolve the computer networking issues at their end to the best of your knowledge.
  6. Work as a team by collaborating with other team mates.
Desired Candidate Profile
  1. Must have knowledge about Computer Networking, Routing, Natting, Switching and Port forwarding.
  2. Preferable to have N+, CCNA or any other Network certification.
  3. Should be able to provide support over the telephone.
  4. Should keep mail correspondence on a regular basis.
  5. Must have knowledge about remote desktop support tools such as Team viewer, Anydesk etc.
  6. Experienced in configuring and maintaining MikroTik or similar Routers.
  7. Preferable to have work Experience as network support in an ISP environment.
  8. Creative and efficient problem solver.
  9. Graduate or equivalent.
  10. Good communication skill.
  11. Preferably fluent in any South Indian or Bengali language.
